The groomer, Jenna, consistently provides excellent work at reasonable prices, making pets look great and feel comfortable. She is patient, kind, and attentive, ensuring a positive experience even for anxious dogs. Appointments are easy to set up, and communication is prompt. Even after moving away, clients appreciate her care and follow-up. Dogs enjoy their grooming sessions, and owners trust the quality and kindness provided at Bourgeois Grooming.
Zoey is not a fan of getting groomed. However, today was a great experience for her and they handled it like champs! Thank you so much, see you in October 👏
I took our golden doodle here today for the first time! I’m always very nervous for her because she HATES bath time at home. I requested that they message me a little bit before she was ready to avoid having to put her in a kennel afterwards, which they did! She was roaming free when we picked her up which made me so happy. Winnie was happy & she wasn’t in a panic to “get the hell outta there” like she has been at other groomers. She was even going back for kisses! They did a great job on her haircut as well. I know she is feeling much cooler now without all that fur! We will be back again!
Lomond was groomed at Bourgeois Grooming today and I am beyond thrilled with the service. Really competitive pricing too. My boy looks fabulous after his spa day
