I struggled for years trying to find the right place to have my hair cut/styled, until I met Diane at Bliss, she is the absolute best! She asks questions to understand your requests and she listens, never cutting too much. She has great skills and always knows what’s on trend. I tend to have an ever changing schedule and Bliss is always willing to accommodate. I’ve been going to Bliss almost 20 years now and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. I’ve been going to Diane for a while for touch ups and haircuts. I’ve tried different hairstyles and highlights. She does a great job with listening to what I’m interested in but also we’ve gotten to a point where I don’t have to think too much and she knows my preferences, which I appreciate. The salon is bright, comfortable and inviting. Diane and Kim have done a really nice job with the salon and both are lovely and friendly.

I was referred to Di about 20 years ago and it was probably one of the luckiest things to happen to me. Her and I have been through countless hair styles and colours over the years. I value her immense talent and adore her as a human. Even after all these years, Di always starts our sessions with a consultation which involves her listening to my (sometimes crazy) ideas, repeating back to me to confirm what I am wanting and then executing flawlessly every time.
