They showed up on time, were very professional, kind and personable and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We had a lot of pet stains on them and the service agent (I forgot his name), went over these areas and got the carpet looking as good as new. So happy with the results and will definitely be using them again in the future for our carpets and the not so distant future for our couches!
