I saw Kimberly Dice who was absolutely remarkable. She reviewed all information and made a plan and within one visit I was without pain, it was amazing. Each visit was different focusing on exercise and massage and I was sent home with detailed instructions on the required exercises. Kimberly is friendly, professional kind and encouraging, I’m so glad to have been able to see her
After a skiing accident, I broke my humerus and went to Advantage Sports Medicine, in St Albert for rehabilitation. I worked with a physio by the name of Sylyanane Foo. I had several sessions with Sylyanne and she was remarkable. Her kind, comforting demeanor put me at ease. She gave me the corrective exercises and made sure I was executing them properly. She spent the whole scheduled session with me, which I really appreciated, as I wanted to make sure I was on the right track. Sylyanne is very knowledgeable and always was able to determine what was going on. I definitely recommend Sylyanne for any physical issues that you need help with.
I've seen both Brian and Jen for massages. They're both fantastic! They seem to have way more knowledge than your average RMT and are able to focus on trying to reduce my chronic pain and actually work out my knots, instead of just a ''relaxation massage'' that doesn't really feel like it's doing much (which is what most other RMT's were doing with me). Literally the only place I will go if I want a massage that actually addresses my chronic pain.
