I’ve been going to Karen for years. She is professional and friendly. She is competent and knowledgeable at her craft. I appreciate her care and concern before and after appointments.
Karen is amazing when it comes to colour and artistry. She has a way of making you relax and has plenty of time to ensure you are getting the results you are looking for. She will help you find appropriate alternatives if needed. Karen did a fabulous job my 8 year old, not so flattering micro bladed eye brows. I am picky too!

I was nervous and apprehensive. Karen is very friendly and reassuring. She takes her time and walks you through the process - nothing is a rush. She explains the procedure, design and color choices and she really does take away the nerves. All you need to do is trust her. I love my eyebrows I am so happy to throw away that eyebrow pencil.
