My son had his first haircut at JellyBeanz today, and what a wonderful experience it was! Karlene was amazing with him, you can really tell she cares and goes the extra mile to make her client’s comfortable and happy. My son enjoyed sitting in the Escalade and watching Ms. Rachel during his cut, and it’s the little details like those that stand out. Karlene also put together a really cute “First Haircut” certificate for us with a lock of his hair, a really nice touch. We will definitely be back :).
My kids love it here. My son gave himself a little bang trim at daycare and they fixed it really well. They were even able to work with my screaming daughter who was not loving having her hair touched.
I took my almost 2 year old for his first haircut today, and we had a fantastic experience! We were running behind and they were still able to fit us in no problem. Karlene was the only person working when we were there, and she was able to professionally manage walk-ins while cutting hair. She obviously loves children, and was very kind and patient with my son. She cut his curly hairy into a baby mullet and it turned out beautifully! I can’t say enough good things about our visit. We’ll be back!
