Absolutely amazing workout. The gym is welcoming and not intimidating. I am just starting out and the staff have been so great. Hannes has been super helpful and really encouraging. I have also met some really great people while working out here. I would 100% suggest giving cross fit spruce grove a try if you want a great workout that is planned and always at your level. No thinking required ;) just show up and sweat :)

I have never been one to go to the gym but I started at CrossFit Spruce Grove two years ago at the age of 45, and I love it! The workouts are always different, so you never get bored, classes are small, and the people are awesome! It really is a community. I started because my back was so messed up I would end up medicated and lying flat on the floor for days. Now I feel stronger than I ever have and I haven’t taken back meds in 1.5 years. Every workout is scaled so beginners and more experienced can all get a good workout. If you think “I can’t do CrossFit, I’m too out of shape”, you are wrong, anyone can do it.
