Our daughter was looking for a Pilates class to complement her dance training. We booked a set of private lessons with Janine at Core Movement. Our experience exceeded all of our expectations. Our daughter learned Pilates, and also gained some great insights into her movement patterns that immediately translated to her dancing. Highly recommended.
