We are very happy with the service and product provided by Alquinn Homes. We purchased our home in Spruce Grove with Marissa, and she was always extremely easy to deal with and on top of any questions or concerns we had. Joey has also been a pleasure to deal with, providing a top-notch level of service, always responsive and handling our requests with the utmost care. We had some small things to be remediated here and there, like it happens with all new homes, however, we feel completely taken care off and are absolutely happy with our purchase. I recommend Alquinn Homes to anyone looking for a high quality home and fair price!

We had a great experience working with this home builder from start to finish. Kevin and Jordan were incredibly patient, accommodating, and always willing to work around our schedule. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made changes along the way without ever making us feel rushed or overlooked. Joel was also fantastic—he stayed on top of every issue and often had solutions or appointments scheduled before we even had to ask. The entire team was organized, responsive. We would confidently recommend them to anyone building a new home
