Recently I needed a box of flooring to fix a few spots, but discovered the flooring was discounted. After months of calling all over Ontario to see if anyone had any boxes leftover, I started calling out of province. Spirit River flooring had a box of the flooring left and they were extremely helpful in getting it shipped to Ontario so I can get my flooring fixed. Tyra was so wonderful to deal with! Helped me find the right flooring, along with the advice on how to correctly install. She even went the extra mile to ensure I found the right transition strips for my new flooring. 10/10 will be back for all my future renovations ⭐️⭐️

Grand Prairie Location, what a fantastic experience, customer service was amazing, I forget the young lady's name but she said her grandpa owned the business, girl you rock, first time meeting this young lady and her inner energy was exceptional, she knew the perfect answer to our every question, she was very informative and honest, very helpful and assisted us with professionalism. We had our two bedrooms redone..Chrissy the sales lady was great to deal with.Jim came over to measure and gave good advice on how we good save money on install.The install guys did a great job. They were careful not to scratch walls and picked up left over rug. They arrive on time for the install appointment.Price = 5Sales = 5Prework advice =5Install = 5Overall = 5 starsThis was our 3rd job with Spirit River Flooring. Every time was great.
