Such a great shop. No worries with leaving my laptop with them. They fixed the issue, informed me that if I was missing any files afterwards that just let them know as they keep them on their secure server.Really friendly staff, courteous and the price was very reasonable! Very pleased!

Viro-Tek has been absolutely amazing. When I was first looking at website developers I was quoted 2 to 3 times the amount and also told by other places just could not do what I wanted to do. Trent and Matt are actually the best. I love how they give us backend access to the website and take the time to explain how to use it. This really cuts down on costs when you start learning how to do some of the simple things on your own. I found myself calling or emailing almost daily in the start up phase of my business and they answered the calls and emails immediately and had solutions for me within minutes to hours. Trent was amazing to deal with. My laptop was fixed faster than expected, and it is working exactly as it should again. I am not tech savvy and was not made to feel badly for not knowing what was wrong with my laptop. I would definitely return to Viro-Tek for future computer needs. Many thanks!
