Very expensive...most I've ever paid for a mani/pedi and that was with 20% for a bday. Looks nice inside though and the esthetician was very nice.

I have been here before and felt I had a very good experience and it was very proffesional. I recently called for an appointment at 1:50 pm on wednesday may 11th and the receptionist told me they had no more spots today. She was very rude and rushed and hung up on me before I could ask for a second appointment date. Simply said no, bye and hung up. I called back again and was greeted by the same lady who rushed me through a diagnosis of my injury and didnt give any other options to fit my schedule... I will not be calling back or returning despite my experiences prior. She mumbled her name so I did not hear it but that is not the person who should be dealing with your phones.

If you want a real spa experience, this is the place. You are truly pampered with as many options as you choose: a variety of massages, nails (mani/pedi), hair (top to bottom/styled or removed), facials, you name it, they do it, and they do it well. Prices are competitive with similar businesses. Treat yourself, or someone you love.

My esthetician Vieng has provided me with an excellent pedicure. She spent lots of time and attention to detail and even painted some pretty flowers . The pedicure bench that I sat in was hard and uncomfortable.

I had a facial treatment, the eye pads were taken on and off throughout the treatment and by the time I got home my eye was already red and swollen progressing worse each day. On the 3rd day I was seen in Emerg and on antibiotics for a week. The salon (and owner) took no accountability and zero steps to smooth things over. They continue to deny that I could have gotten a bacterial infection from the treatment. I am so disappointed in how this was dealt with.

I bought a Groupon for laser because of the great reviews. I saw results the first day! The place is very clean and staff is friendly.
