We had an excellent experience. The float session was incredibly soothing for my baby, and the staff ensured everything felt safe and comfortable. Afterward, the warm towel wrap and gentle massage created the perfect wind‑down routine. The environment is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for little ones. A fantastic service that I would recommend to other parents.

We’ve been coming to the Baby Spa in Sherwood Park since our little girl was 6 weeks old, and have gone back at 2 months and 3 months—and every visit has been such a positive experience. Our baby absolutely loves the float and is always so calm and happy during her time there.
The owner is incredibly kind, calm, and caring. She walks you through everything, helps get you set up, and gently places baby in the water so you feel completely safe and comfortable the whole time.
The little details really stand out too—warm towels, a great selection of shampoos and lotions, and having swim diapers available makes it so easy.
Such a relaxing and enjoyable experience for both baby and parents. Highly recommend!

Been taking my baby here since he was 2 weeks. Love the atmosphere and baby loves his spa days. There are lotions and beverages you can help yourself to as well as nice chairs to use for nursing.

An amazing experience! It was my baby’s first time getting to swim freely and it was so cool to watch him. The owner was so kind and caring and made the experience so great from start to finish. You can really tell how much thought and care has went into this baby spa.

Our baby had such a good time floating and kicking in the water , the staff was awesome and very attentive, came 4 hours to check it out and was so worth the trip!

Absolutely love the concept of this place. Such a fun way for me to get out of the house with my baby and she absolutely loves coming here. We’ve been 3 times and will continue to come here. Still have to try out the baby massage but the floating is the best! Tara is always so sweet and she is very accommodating .
