All the women made me feel extremely comfortable and went the extra mile to put me at ease. Dr Frunchak provided me with excellent care and I highly recommend her!! She made a scary experience not so scary!
I was tired of waiting for my doctor’s referral to an OB to call me as I had waited months. I decided to take matters into my own hands and gave synergy women’s wellness centre a call. They got me in the NEXT DAY! The nurses were so friendly, knowledgeable, and comforting. Dr.Khatter was so professional and told me what she was doing each step of the way and asked how I was doing through-out. She gave me a hot waterbottle and fidgets to use as I got my procedure done and offered me freezing beforehand and told me to take Advil and Tylenol the night before. Yes, there is a parking fee, but it’s only
$2, and the receipt doesn’t need to be displayed on your dash which is a whole other hassle. The ladies at the front are direct - perhaps not the warmest in personalities but they’re quick with their tasks. The nurses who guide you in are very sweet and super patient. They don’t rush you and they answer your questions with thoughtfulness.
Dr. Chow is absolutely amazing. She is calm, collected, bubbly, funny, and very attentive. She LISTENS to your problems with care and kindness. I felt very safe discussing my concerns with her and never felt judged or unseen. She is a blessing!
