Synergy Medical Clinic provides a good experience for patients. The staff is friendly and professional, making patients feel comfortable. Doctors are on time and treat patients well. The clinic has efficient appointment booking and friendly reception staff. Medical staff are pleasant and answer phones promptly, taking the time to care for each patient individually.
Don't like that you have to pay for parking
I do not like to give a 2star & 2 is not the complete story so please read my whole blurb. I have been coming to Synergy for years. When my longterm Dr. retired last fall I was fortunate to be transfered to Dr Samuel Alao's caseload.
I have a complex history and when I partially tore a tendon in my left elbow & then sprained my left ankle a month later I ended up having to use a wheelchair to get around. I also overused my right leg & foot initially, within my own home.
My concern working with Dr Alao is that, when my body reacted with painful bilateral edema in my legs, he continued to promote using compression socks & trying to weight bear to reduce swelling....read full review
