Many thanks to the staff at Sherwood Flooring for our new carpet install and floor repair. We were greeted warmly by Kimmy, Denice and Xavier upon our visit to the showroom. Kimmy's knowledge and professionalism made our carpet selection decision easy and seamless. Denice and Xavier looked after our final decision and financial arrangements.
Everyone involved, coming to our home were punctual, professional and friendly. Bill arrived to measure and give us our estimate. He took the time to go over everything with us, room by room. We found this helpful.
Once the carpet arrived, Lowie and his team installed our new carpet in our two storey home which included the stairwell. They did an amazing job! Lowie's teamwork was incredible to watch - a job well done! We love the colour and the look of our new carpet and how it elevates our home.
After the carpet was installed, we had Sherwood Flooring address a problem that we were having with our ensuite floor. It had been done a few years prior with another company. It was a flooring consisting of interlocking floating tiles. An area of the floor became detached and depressed when pressure was applied by hand or walking on it. Arturo came to the rescue and resolved the problem. By removing some of the tiles, it was evident that the subfloor was not even - causing the floor tiles to break over a period of time. Arturo ground down the subfloor to smooth out these areas and re-insert the tiles as they should be. He replaced the baseboards and caulking. We are so pleased with Arturo's work!
We feel we made the best choice by choosing Sherwood Flooring. We are very happy!

Sherwood Flooring in Sherwood Park Ab is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Not only were they willing to come out to Tofield, they eliminated the service charge to come out if I bought flooring from them. All of the staff I met, from the owner Bill who gave me an estimate to Kimmy in sales, to Xavier the installation manager to Denise at the front desk to the installers both gentlemen named Zaldi and then DJ to Arturo the lead installer were fantastic. You could not ask for a better guy than Arturo. Highly recommended. Very please with my new luxury vinyl.

They take care of everything... move furniture, take baseboards off, put them back, CLEANED UP! When they leave the flooring is done and so is everything else. I highly recommend Sherwood Flooring.

We used Sherwood Flooring for a small job running carpet down loft stairs. Everyone at the store was friendly and helpful, and Bill came out to our place and bounced around lots of ideas for the project. The 2 installers were right on time, very nice and extremely efficient. We are very happy with the finished result and would absolutely use Sherwood Flooring again in the future.
