This is my go-to place for anything computer related. Highly knowledgeable staff. They really know what they are doing. It's pretty rare nowadays that you could actually have an in-person or an actual human being on the phone to get tech support. Can't praise this place enough!

What can I say? The best... I needed cameras all around my property, the supplied cameras work and are still working. Wherever I go I can log in, see that things are going swimmingly, and the one time where someone did break in, broke my gate lock, got stuck and then quickly left, I supplied the footage to the authorities and they handled the rest. They also set me up with two computers, both of which have preformed phenomenally. Go here for all of your IT needs, they care.

I cannot say enough good things about PlanetCom! I had a computer accident at the absolute worst possible time — right in the middle of T4s, payroll, and year-end deadlines, all due within four days. I truly thought I was cooked.
From the moment I called, everyone was incredibly helpful and reassuring. Jenna clearly explained exactly what I needed to do, which immediately eased my panic. When I arrived, all of the techs were exceptional — professional, calm, and understanding, even though I was extremely stressed.
