“Really friendly and helpful. Very quick at responding. Whoever is answering texts is very patient and understanding. They have done more than I thought a company for pest control does. Above and beyond. The technicians are friendly and go the extra mile.”

“I had a hard to get to wasp nest and couldn't get any externinator to show up or, in most cases, answer my inquiry. I had to leave for two appointments in the morning but Sunny, the technician, was able to see the problem and kill the nest in one application. The office was just as efficient and courteous in taking care of my problem. I will use them again.”
