I had a hard to get to wasp nest and couldn't get any externinator to show up or, in most cases, answer my inquiry. I had to leave for two appointments in the morning but Sunny, the technician, was able to see the problem and kill the nest in one application. The office was just as efficient and courteous in taking care of my problem. I will use them again.

Golden Arrow do great work... and from what we have experienced, the people are great too... fantastic to deal with, every step of the way... very helpful through life's stressful situations. That kind of expertise and kindness means a lot!

(3 weeks ago) We had a ton of spiders in on our desk and on the walls of the house - to a point the deck was almost unusable. We called Golden Arrow and Sunny came out within a day. He explained to us what he was going to do and how it would solve the problem and he was in and out within an hour. He also told us that he found some evidence that mice might be transiting through our backyard and he put out some mouse traps. Haven't seen a spider back there since and we're too squeamish to check the mouse traps (one day...). Easy-going, nice, super helpful guy. Would definitely recommend.
