As the AI reviews state; poor communication between their subcontractors (yes, they sub-contract all their work for carpet, tile, laminate and hardwood) and the client. Inaccuracies in their estimates and their subs do not clean up after their work. Estimator was at my home 3 times and still tried to put the blame on me. All flooring estimates do contain a waste factor (usually 10%) but they include with their install/labour calculation. Much better companies out there to work with when investing in renovations.

I’m really happy with Mark and the team that installed my new carpet. They worked quickly and the installation was professional and of excellent quality. I have received compliments on how great the new carpet looks in my home.

We needed the transition pieces for variety to vinyl flooring as we forgot them when we got our flooring elsewhere. They were soooo helpful and accommodating getting us the right stuff despite us not buying the flooring from them. 100% recommend for your flooring need and will for sure be buying here for our next project

Couldn’t find a suitable transition strip at any big box store .. Nufloors had a great selection and very friendly service .. will be back !

Had vinyl plank flooring installed, and there's little positive to say. The product itself is fairly shoddy (warping, chipping, not staying in place), and the installation was terrible. Nu Floors doesn't have in-house installers, so it was a revolving door of installers to do the main install and subsequent repairs. Lastly, customer service started off good until issues started arising, at which point Nu Floors stopped responding to calls and messages.
If you plan to buy from Nu Floors, make sure you source your own installers.

We recently had the Nu Floors crew to our home to install new subfloors and new Luxury Vinyl Plank. The crew that came to our home was fast and efficient. They were knowledgeable and answered our questions as work continued. They completed a removal and installation of 1600 sft in 3 days. A task I thought was not possible. We have received quite a few compliments about the new look and I have recommended Nu Floors to a number of friends and family. They were great to deal with.

I would give a negative rating if I could. Daughter had vinyl floor installed and it is a VERY POOR job, things left underneath not completed and installers won't come back.(could have done better myself)Called store and got no results,so filed a BB complaint..know the store has totally ignored and won't respond to any calls or issues.

My experience with NuFloors is varied. I love the product- they carry great products. But the experience I had with the initial installation was downright brutal. The installer damaged my home, even putting a pail of water in my hardwood floors to wash the tools with grout, and splashed the water all over the place and the finishing with the transitions were awful. There was a lot more, but I felt as though my job and home weren't imporrant. The work he did was not good, and I did not feel supported at all by the NuFloors project manager. Then Ralph took over and the installers he had brought to fix the issues were fantastic! They fixed the majority of the issues, they were very professional and dealing with Ralph has been a really good experience. I am very pleased, now, with the final product and my floors and transitions look great. It's unfortunate the route it took to get there.
