The Nerval team was super responsive and efficient dealing with my needs. No issues. I've used Nerval in the past to source products for the hotels I oversee, and I will definitely continue to do so.

We came to get few more tiles that we had in our house since 2018 because we need to replace some broken tiles when we came to check with them they said our tiles are discontinued but we requested them to find a name or brand so we can order from somewhere else but luckily girl name Tahia she works there she checked with their warehouse person and solved our problem and found our tiles ? . Thank you so much Tahia and Nerval .

I had some issues with my order, hence not all of the stars :), but everything was solved at a later date. 5 stars for customer service and for the gentlemen that installed my mirrors.
