This is my go to spot for a self care and relaxation. Prenaka always provides the most amazing service and leaves me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend the head spa, but you really cant go wrong with any service, its all top notch!
I have now been to Namaste for two massages, both with Kaley. She was able to target areas especially my lower back to ease the discomfort that I had. I left the spa feeling very refreshed, slept great that night and the pain was gone the next day. I will definitely be back to see Kaley again. Staff are also very friendly including the receptionist.
Jackie was incredible listened to what i needed and delivered. The pressure and consistency was perfect. I would highly recommend booking in if you need a little TLC or a deep tissue for aches and pains!
