Jun is a phenomenal human who is full of knowledge and most importantly kindness. She cares very much and it is clear from the first meeting she is committed to helping you. I have continued to come for sessions regularly to address multiple areas and now continue to come for maintenance. She does more than expected, I went in for neck pain and she has helped with my overall health in all areas. I am so grateful to have found her and to visit her regularly, she brightens my day.

I hate to write a good review for Heather because that means she will be booked up and I won't be able to see her but alas I really must. Heather is an absolute professional and is so well read about healing through massage. She always gives me some great stretches and tips for aftercare. Couldn't enjoy the hours I have spent with her more.

I have been to Muscle Elements a couple time now, with different therapists and both experiences have been exceptional.Most recently, I completed a multi day hike and Melissa was able to release all of the muscle tension. She was friendly and professional.I will definitely be going back!
