After a horrible experience at another salon, I went to Lash Up to get them removed. The girls were knowledgeable and able to explain what was done wrong. My lashes were in such a bad state that it took 1.5 hours for a removal!! They stayed over an hour after closing time to help me out with my lash ordeal and get them removed without damaging my vulnerable natural lashes. I went back to Lash Up shortly after the removal to get a volume set done by Alice, and she did an amazing job. The difference between how my lashes looked after the other salon had done them vs how Alice did them was drastic! She places them so evenly and no clumping whatsoever. First time at this location I received eyelash extensions. The lash tech I had was wonderful and did an amazing job!! She answered all my questions and was very informative regarding care as well as all Lash Up had to offer (services and promos). I will definitely be returning and I would highly recommend Lash Up Sherwood Park!!!!Service: Lash lift

I went to the Sherwood Park location, and my technician was very welcoming & made me feel at ease. It was my first time having anything done on my lashes, so she explained the procedure and talked me through each step in the process. The beds they have are comfortable to lay on, and it makes it super easy to have a nice 'lash nap'! I got a lash lift & tint and so far I am happy with the results. There is plenty of parking at the location, although you have to enter through the west entrance door (facing a courtyard/fountain area that you need to walk across).
