“I had posted a lower rating but that was more purely based at business and service levels. Here is why I rated 5stars. The questions/concerns I had apparently were above the level of the staff. BUT, they clearly have the right systems and staff as they passed on the information to the owner. Dr Brown phoned me personally. The care/honesty/ownership he demonstrated on our call was extremely impressive. It’s hard to find a businessman that cares like this.Well done Dr Brown!!! Set the standard amongst your staff!!!“
