Brought in my 2012 BMW X3 with engine light on. I scanned it and provided them with the code. They took it in around 10 am and had it fixed by 4:30. The cost was close to what I expected but the service I received was what I heard on the street and I will certainly use them again. Not a hidden gem on the Park would recommend them to anyone. Mike and the gang always treat my wife and I and our old beaters well. They are honest, accommodating, and efficient in their work. I have been taking my vehicles here since 2010 and will continue indefinitely.

The staff here are super kind, take the time to explain every detail, and really try to find the problem even if it isn't easy. I had brought my car in for an inspection for a odd noise, but had no real idea of where it was coming from or a possible cause. They got me in the next day, and even though the sound had disappeared they took the time to make sure there was no underlying problem. They ended up finding the issue, which was caused by something I wouldn't have even thought to have been the problem. Even though they were busy, they called to update me and ask questions to try and figure out the issue. I will be coming back :)
