I unfortunately was not taken very seriously in my concerns with hair loss. I went in super hopeful, feeling like a derm would be the best person to tackle this with and I left very discouraged. I have no solutions other than a supplement recommendation that the doctor said has minimal research on.

I would definitely recommend Excellence Medical and Skincare which helped to resolve 4 stubborn warts that I was dealing with on my hands. The laser treatments took care of the warts after a few treatments and they haven’t come back. I had tried other topical treatments and nothing would work. The laser did the trick and I am very happy with the results.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. The receptionist was noticeably unwelcoming and made the check-in process feel uncomfortable. Instead of being greeted or guided through the process, I felt dismissed and was spoken to with an unnecessarily rude tone. It set a negative tone for the entire visit. I hope the clinic addresses this, because a friendly and professional front desk is a basic expectation in any healthcare setting.
