Thank you so much to Randy from MNR! Our power went out in a few rooms (including our furnace room) without flipping the breakers. Randy very helpfully walked us through a complete reset of our breaker box over the phone, and problem solved! Saved us an emergency repair job and more importantly the stress of having our furnace off in December. Amazing customer service, we are very happy and relieved.
Christmas Day, 2022. T minus 40 minutes until company arrives for dinner. I'm in the shower. BAM. Power goes out in the house. My kids look outside. Just our house is dark. Dry off , run down to the breaker panel, cell is my flashlight. Nothing untoward at the panel to my ignorant eyes. Google "Edmonton 24 hour electric service" , find and phone MNR and leave a voicemail message. Wife having palpitations. Miraculously , Randy from MNR phones me back in a few short minutes. He talks me through the fix over the phone. BAM. Power back on. I say to Randy , "Dude , you've got to invoice me". He says , "hey man , I didn't have to come over , it's Christmas , all good". Randy came out in the driving rain and helped us troubleshoot the cause for an incessantly beeping smoke detector. Would definitely recommend this company for their professionalism and service.
