10000\\5 Me and my friend needed new phone batteries last minute for a trip. I called 20 minutes to close asking if they had them and how quickly they could be installed. He said he had them and would install them for us that day. He stayed late to get that done for us. He was so friendly as well, absolutely amazing service.
Took my phone in for repair as case had separated and was getting warm. The experience from start to finish was excellent. They clearly outlined the issue, and the resolution required. A battery was obtained from another outlet and replacement completed same day, including a diagnostic check of my phone to ensure there were no other issues. Clearly outlined the cost of the repair and phoned when repair was completed. Very satisfied with the service.
