His report was extremely easy to use and very well thought out. He provided two levels of detail: a clear summary and a full detailed report. Items were colour‑coded by severity, which made it easy to understand what needed attention right away and what could wait.
Darren also took the time to walk me through his findings in person. He encouraged questions and was very patient in his explanations. He made sure I understood what he was talking about, which helped me learn and feel confident in the information he was sharing.
Darren was only booked for the sewer scope inspection but as the full house inspection booking changed he was able to help and perform that inspection as well. He was very knowledgeable and provided a very well documented and detailed report. I would recommend Ciara Property Inspections again and again.
