I started coming to this location about 2 years ago. I had someone else do my hair and it turned out horribly and I needed it fixed. The result was SO much better. Since, I've been coming back 2 to 3 times a year. I've brought my son to dye his hair and he had a great experience. I then asked if they would do my disabled (wheelchair bound) daughter's hair as other places I've asked have said no or just ghosted us completely. They were so amazing with her and when they found out it was her birthday they went all out. The hairdresser asked her multiple times if she wanted a break, she positioned herself in certain ways so that my daughter didn't have to shift her body and be uncomfortable. It was her 13th birthday and she wanted to feel special and grown up and they really delivered. I just recently had my hair done by Kim and he made me feel like a new person. And his head massages are AMAZING. The receptionists are also super friendly and professional. Its just an overall great experience.

Booked an appointment today, but only after waiting close to an hour, and watching numerous people come in after me and get served first, did I realize I had just completely wasted my time. Got up and left.

The haircuts are great, if they feel like giving you one.

Brooklyn Getz @getz_creative has been my stylist for over a year now and I'm so glad I found her. She takes the time to listen to me and stops to ask questions when needed. I usually go to get a cut and highlights and she is dead on every time. I've asked for more golden or more ash depending on what I feel like and I am always extremely happy.

Ladies, save your money and time.
If I could give this salon a zero, I would. After seeing their 4.1-star rating on Google, I felt confident sharing my disappointing experience.

I initially booked an appointment with Brooklyn for an auburn color. I wanted the dye to blend naturally and harmonize with my dark brunette hair, even after a few washes. She suggested doing a balayage with mixed light and dark copper tones, and I trusted her advice since I was a returning customer from a different chatters location.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t satisfied with the results, several areas were uneven and not dyed properly ( as you can see in the picture). Brooklyn advised me to return after two washes for a toning session. Since the color didn’t meet my expectations, I decided to transition to dirty blonde. She agreed, explaining that she would first need to take two samples of my hair and bleach both my brunette and copper tones. Later, she mentioned that we would have to cancel the existing color using an ash dye before going blonde, which could take two sessions.

However, the next day, she texted me saying she wasn’t confident she could achieve the blonde shade I wanted and couldn’t guarantee I’d be happy with the result.

I contacted the salon again to find a solution and was referred to their “blonde expert,” Juliet. She was desperately trying to convince me not to go blonde, claiming the color wouldn’t suit my skin tone or my dark eyebrows. She also argued that auburn would cost less and take only one session. Ironically, we both have the same skin tone and eyebrows.

It didn’t stop there. Juliet added that going blonde would take at least four sessions (which I already expected), but her quoted price was $500 per session!!! I don’t know if you’d call this a scam, but I felt completely disrespected and exploited.

I spoke with the manager, hoping for a solution or at least some compensation. The only offer they made was to redo my hair in balayage free of charge, while explaining that a solid auburn color would still be considered a color correction and therefore cost $500 per session with Juliet.

TLDR; my experience was frustrating, disappointing, and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone looking for reliable service, transparency, or respect for their clients.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Becca did an absolute hack job on my hair and I now have to get it fixed by someone else. She did all the things I told her not to do. For example, I told her I wanted my hair shorter when it was still wet, she didn’t listen and had to cut more off when it was dry, resulting in it being very uneven all over. I told her I wanted layers, so she took out the thinning shears instead of giving me layers. I am so disappointed and embarrassed. When I told the manager up front, she just looked at me, no apologies or anything.

Disorganized and unreliable service. I’ve visited this branch a few times, but my most recent experience was a clear dealbreaker. I booked an appointment, received both SMS and email confirmations, and drove 30 minutes straight from work to make it on time. Upon arrival, the receptionist casually asked if I had an appointment, then walked over to the stylist—only to return with a vague excuse that I “wasn’t in their system” and they were “no longer accepting clients” as the day was ending. Convenient. No apology, no accountability, just a shrug and dismissal. If you value your time and expect basic professionalism, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

What an awesome experience! It’s been 5 years since my last haircut and to say I was nervous going in is an understatement! Jackie was wonderful from start to finish, and the results were better than I even imagined! Great service from everyone from walking in the door to walking out! I can’t recommend this salon AND Jackie enough! Love my new hair!

I don't normally write reviews but I'm upset that I was charged $73 just to wash, dry and curl my hair. The receptionist handed me the machine to pay and I was shocked to see $73. I asked for the price breakdown, she said $50 for blowout and then $20 to curl my hair. When I called to book the appointment I said I'd like a wash and style (curled). She did not tell me the cost at time of booking. Had she told me that I would have went elsewhere. My mom goes to HQ and can get the same thing for $30-$40. Also, the hairstylist I had (Kim) didn't mention that it'd be an additional $20 to curl my hair (with a straightner). Anywhere else I've gone in the past has styling included. I will not be back.
