I didn’t realize just how much my hair and overall style needed help until a (brutally honest!) Tinder date pointed out how outdated I looked. That was the push I needed to book an appointment at this spa — and I’m so glad I did.
I had the pleasure of working with Stacey H., and she completely transformed me. Not only did she refresh my hair beautifully, but she also offered thoughtful suggestions for my overall style and recommended fantastic products that truly suit me. Her expertise, honesty, and eye for detail made such a difference.
I’m not local — I was only in town for a work training — but I genuinely wish she were closer to home. If I’m ever within 1,000 miles of the area again, I’ll absolutely be back for another appointment. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had an amazing couples massage at Body and Soul for our Valentine's celebration! The atmosphere was relaxing, the therapists were incredibly skilled, and every detail was thoughtfully planned. From the soothing ambiance to the special treats afterward, it was the perfect way to unwind and connect. Highly recommend for a luxurious and rejuvenating experience!

All the staff was friendly, and made me feel at home . But Renata went beyond that she saw I was worried with my hair and just wanted me to be happy. Renata I love my hair .I can't thank you enough for your patience with me . I'm sorry I doubted you . I'll definitely be back . 115.00 for a pedicure?????? They charge 80.00 for a pedicure but then they charge you 15.00 to take your shellac off and an extra 20.00 to put new shellac on and they don’t tell you that beforehand. And it was nothing special, One positive thing was the girl that did my pedicure was a very nice girl, the chair was old and very uncomfortable all the padding was gone in the seat so I ended up with a sore lower back.

My friend and I often come here for our “moms day out” pedicures. We always have a great time, it’s nice and relaxing, not noisy or busy at all. The girls are so very nice also and do a wonderful job.
