Apex was extremely helpful at a time when no one else was. My Mac Book Pro recently crapped out. The iOS corrupted and the SSD failed meaning I needed an entirely new logic board installed before I could reinstall the iOS. I went to Apple West Ed, Apple Southgate, and West World Computers and none of them could help me fix my laptop. Apple stores kept trying to sell me a new laptop and didn't seem to care that I wanted to fix it. I did have to source the new logic board from the US, but Apex was able to take care of the rest. I am a senior with challenges dealing with electronics, computers, phones etc. Grace exhibited immense patience dealing with the problems I had caused. She exhibited a very high level of professionalism and never, at any time or reason, talked down to me. She is very efficient and asked all the right questions to get the right information to help and solve the problems with both my lap top and phone. This lady could easily give lessons on electronics.
