I met with Mehak to discuss resetting a S-9 phone back to factory settings in order to give the phone away. She took the phone and quickly and efficiently put the phone back to stock. There was no charge and I will return here for future purchases and help.
Great service. Came in thinking I would need to get my charging port replaced on my iPhone, but after just a few minutes, the guys at MK had it working again. So grateful and relieved. Should have gotten their names - they were so polite, professional, and kind.
I've been to this location before. On this visit, my cell phone suddenly stopped charging after working perfectly the day before.After explaining my problem, the technician went through her checklist of common problems. She determined that there was too much lint within my charging port affecting the connection. She cleaned the port and sent me on my way. I will return to this location for repair or to upgrade my cell phone.
