The customer service at this location is amazing - much more success at Rona than Home Depot in Airdrie. If I can't find what I need, the staff has always been so helpful and knowledgeable. The store is well laid out and spacious, lots of products available!

Generally a good shopping experience, but if you need help with something, it's a but of a challenge locating staff. Most are in little groups chatting amongst themselves, and it might be a great suggestion to ask them to quit this, and avail themselves more to the general floor area
