Lowe's Home Improvement, now a RONA+ store, offers a wide range of quality hardware products and construction needs at everyday low prices. Customers can find everything from paint, patio furniture, and home decor to tools, flooring, appliances, and outdoor equipment. Whether a beginner DIYer or a professional, the store provides excellent customer service with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Customers praise the store's competitive prices, great deals on sale items, and the convenience of online ordering with in-store pickup. The well-laid-out and spacious store has a good selection of products, though the indoor plant and pot options may be limited during certain seasons. While the staff are generally friendly, some customers have noted that it can be a challenge to locate them at times, as they may be in groups chatting.
I had a fantastic experience working with Shelley at Rona! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain all the options for an electronic fireplace. Her advice was spot-on, helping us choose the best product for our needs while ensuring we got the most value for our money.
The customer service at this location is amazing - much more success at Rona than Home Depot in Airdrie. If I can't find what I need, the staff has always been so helpful and knowledgeable. The store is well laid out and spacious, lots of products available!
Generally a good shopping experience, but if you need help with something, it's a but of a challenge locating staff. Most are in little groups chatting amongst themselves, and it might be a great suggestion to ask them to quit this, and avail themselves more to the general floor area
