She was understanding, made sure to see what was wrong with my hair, and made sure to properly and carefully bleach and colour my hair without further damaging it. She was very vocal about everything to make sure we were on the same page. I love how she was very detail oriented, took her time with my hair and made sure to get second opinions so that she can guarantee me the perfect hair results!
