I received outstanding customer service at the Rocky Mountain House Pet Valu today. They allowed me to return an unopened bag of cat food despite the fact that I had purchased it over two months ago. Very impressed with the pet wash area. Took my lab for the first time and he done sowell and it had everything needed to make him clean and dried. The customer service is always helpful and courteous and it’s definitely a great store with a variety of product options.

I really like the people who run this store. My cat is old and missing teeth. I have him on soft food but my second cat likes crumbles. The man working suggested I put a little chicken broth on the one to soften the crumbles so it would be easier to digest. Worked like a charm.
