The Technician at Jiffy Lube today not only changed my burned out headlight but discovered and repaired a couple of issues with parts that could have turned into some major issues. Always grateful for the excellent service and knowledge. Will be back for tire rotation!

Shoutout to the team at Jiffy Lube for going above and beyond during my recent visit! While getting an oil change, a small plastic fitting was accidentally damaged — partly due to those famously fragile Ford plastic fittings haha. What impressed me most was how the team handled it. They took full responsibility, acted fast, and made sure everything was fixed properly so I could get back on the road as soon as possible. Their professionalism, honesty, and commitment to customer service truly stood out. Thanks again for turning a hiccup into a great experience!
