I do not live near Rimbey and have never had a vehicle though their shop before. My vehicle was towed in to their shop on a Sunday from a break down and they had my vehicle repaired by 10 am Monday morning! Fair on the bill and a great crew! Thanks!

I had a very weird experience. I have went a,couple times now and have had good service . Cory got me in quick when the heater went in my truck and cleaned out the existing heater core so minimal price for me . I had made an appointment that same day for a,flush a couple weeks later . A couple days after fixing my heater ,it stopped working again ,Cory had said this might happen . So I asked him how much it would cost to get a new heater core . He said he would look into it and get back to me . He never called me back . A couple weeks later my appointment for my flush was here . I couldn't make it due to a problem arising . I have been a Jax client for 3 years. I am a disabled mechanics daughter and a senior ... my experience of Jax has been one of consistent excellent work and service. Meaningful when times are good, when they are tough it means even more. On my most recent purchase inspection a small item was missed, when it went wrong nearly 2 years later they never argued, they only charged me for parts that would have been necessary without the mistake. Reread that, totally amazing, they were straight up, fixed it and offered their smiles and respect and a bill that reflected the honest nature of their dealings. Honest mechanics who dont rip off women still exist. Highly recommend.... read full review
