Jay is awesome. He is always respectful, has never suggested to do anything I don't need, underpromises and over delivers. There is no big surprise bill when you go pick up your vehicle either. Jay is a straightforward, honest guy - whatcha see is whatcha get.He is the only mechanic that I felt he was talking to me like an equal, not a woman who thinks the low oil light is a gravy boat!He is cash or e-transfer only
