Big box store tried twice, but key would only work on the regular lock, not deadbolt. Key Hole identified issue quickly and cut new key for about half the price!!!

I needed a new house re-keyed, my agent recommended Russ from the Key Hole. Russ saved me time and money, since I didn't have to waste hours replacing all the deadbolts myself. He re-keyed all the locks quick with no issues. The old keys would stick, and you really had to fight to unlock the door. The new keys work perfectly. Russ is a pro and fantastic to work with.
