Big box store tried twice, but key would only work on the regular lock, not deadbolt. Key Hole identified issue quickly and cut new key for about half the price!!!

I needed a new house re-keyed, my agent recommended Russ from the Key Hole. Russ saved me time and money, since I didn't have to waste hours replacing all the deadbolts myself. He re-keyed all the locks quick with no issues. The old keys would stick, and you really had to fight to unlock the door. The new keys work perfectly. Russ is a pro and fantastic to work with. I would absolutely recommend. Thanks for the great job!!

I’m not one to usually write reviews but this business and the two running it deserve all the praise in the world. They are wonderful, i’ve come multiple times over the span of 5 years and it’s always so pleasant.
They crack jokes like no tomorrow and i absolutely love it, it’s a quick way to make someone’s day turn around. Their prices are great and they are quick. I had to come back today about a pesky key that keeps giving me grief, and i was met with a friendly face and amazing service.
