I appreciate all thought and time she put in to fitting my needs and going above and beyond. Sephora is lucky to have her there. I will definitely be back.
I had such an amazing experience at Sephora with Julianna. I don’t usually get customer service like this, but she truly went above and beyond. I told her my budget and she stayed completely within it while walking around the store with me and showing me everything. She really matched my vibe, understood what I was looking for, and even recommended products I never would’ve thought of. She made the whole experience fun, easy, and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for her!
Staff are super helpful and not afraid to ask each other if they can't answer a question. There is always stocked shelves and good variety of products in different price ranges.
