I signed up for a 3 week Yin Yoga program with Tina. It is part of her practicum. She is so warm and welcoming. My body is tired and it is really enjoying this program in that it is going at our own pace and doing the moves in the best way that works for us. Tina is calm and provides so many recommendations. She is running it again in January and I have already signed up for the next session.
Tina is an amazing teacher. You can tell that she is passionate about the work she does and loves to educate others about it as well. She was patient and would repeat and explain anything we asked. We took lots of notes and often asked her to repeat things and she was so great about it. She did an awesome demo and when we did our sessions she was right there to guide us giving us suggestions to help us make the experience exceptional. She took her time and we didn't feel rushed to complete the sessions in the time period. Would highly recommend her for learning the Raindrop Therapy technique. Tina is, hands down, the best massage therapist I've seen. Whether I'm needing relaxation, or therapeutic massage to work on some sticky spots - she is always able to make me leave her table feeling better! Something that I love beyond her skilled hands is that she's able to be chatty if you're feeling that but if you want quiet - you can have that too. If you're looking for an excellent massage, this is the place.
