They didn't have time to properly commission my vehicle so I still haven't had my entertainment set up properly.... Update; Amy subsequently looked after my issues with my entertainment system and went over other features of my Rav 4. Thanks Amy

Thanks to Tony W for showing me that I don’t need an engineer’s degree to drive a Bz! From the test drive to the delivery (and beyond) his knowledge and love of technology shines, and his patience for my repeat questions shows how much he actually cares.
