Mikasa has been servicing my 2020 WRX for over a year now. I rely upon my vehicle to travel around for work and they keep it running smooth. They always complete my services in a reasonable window of time getting me back on the road fast. Recently I had some issues with my headlights and due to a manufacturing shortage no replacements were available so they went above and beyond replacing my lights so I could have a safe vehicle. Dan and the team are really great to deal with.
I never had a import vehicle in my life..I have owed my q7 audi for 4 years..Mikasa is so accommodating to my needs.. they offer me a ride to work and give me great recommendations only when needed..they don't look to find issues that don't exist..amazing company!!!!! i have used them for 4 years now..quick to respond and nothing like alberta European motor works..I like certain parts in my vehicle which I provide...alberta European motor works laughed at me..we will only put in what we do..luckily Mikasa respects their customers wishes and will allow genuine parts to be put into our very expensive imports...Mikasa is Fantastic...only deal with them...customer service is also best in class!!
