I had the pleasure of dealing with August at the service department. This young lady was extremely knowledgeable, very prompt and professional. I had my new truck diagnosed and she immediately called me to say it had been fixed and had transferred over my old trucks tires in storage to my new truck. She followed all that up with a text a few days later to ensure the truck was still running properly. I wish this attitude and service was at all businesses in Red Deer. Great service department at Kipp Scott.....Thank You!

I dropped a friend off for an oil change and had to run in and use the washroom. It seems so silly but I have to say I was blown away by the simple touch in the bathroom. They fold the ends of the toilet paper to make a triangle and although it is such a small thing it shows that someone has recently checked on them and adds an extra sense of clean.

I love Kipp and Scott. I also love Mathieu, hes the best Frenchman west of Ontario! Hell hes the best Frenchman alive. Anyways, these guys have (almost) never let me down. I'd recommend both their sales and maintenance. Bunch of cool people walking these parts I'll tell ya
