These Guys are awesome! I trust them with my business needs and my home problems. I live on an acreage 25 minutes out of Red Deer and they alway make time for us. Prices are very fair and employees are super respectful and kind. The other day I had all our toilets replaced. We had to leave for an appointment and I had no problem asking Cory to please lock up when he was done. I wouldn’t trust just anyone.
Called to make an appointment for next day.Did not show the next day. Phoned back and said they forgot about appointment and apologized. Made another appointment the next day at 10:00 am. and plumber shows up 10:45 am. Plumber determines he does not have the right cartridge and needs to go to Emco to get the right part. In the mean time I am being billed for him to drive to the other side of the city and back to get the right part. End of day got charged for 2 hours when really should of been a hour. At $100 per hour, it can add up pretty quick.Service: Plumbing pipe repair
My experience with Ken's plumbing has always been good, I've been a customer of there's for around 20 years, always on time and professional, never a negative experience.
