Rick and his team have been a pleasure to work with. He always makes times to ensure he gets to the house and deals with the issue as quickly as he can. He fully thinks out all options before providing you with a few solutions and ensures you fully understand what is going on, what solutions can fix it, and helps you make an educated decision as to the best approach. He is very professional to deal with and has a wonderful ability to explain things simply. Most recently, he came in to fix errors of another plumber and dealt with the issue quickly and thoroughly, ensuring the job was done properly and the house was safe for us. I would HIGHLY recommend Rick and his team!
